Generosity: Giving in Many Ways
Our sangha embodies the spirit of dana, selfless giving that nurtures both our community and the wider world. You can make a meaningful difference by donating your time, financial support, or goods such as books, silverware, or non-breakable dinner plates to enrich our gatherings.

We invite you to participate with us in outreach programs like Loaves & Fishes, Adopt a Spot street cleanups, or join our Caring Committee.

If you feel called to leadership, consider joining our Board of Directors to help shape the future of our sangha. For more information or to get involved, please reach out to Susan sschabilion@yahoo.com

Loaves and Fishes
Loaves and Fishes, founded in the mid-1980s by the St. Francis Catholic Worker community, serves 100-130 individuals facing homelessness or housing insecurity seven nights a week through a collaboration of faith groups and community organizations.
Show Me Dharma shares in this service on the fourth Wednesday of every other month:
January • March • May • July • September • November
We serve ~130 portions of a main dish like Hearty Chicken Stew with Rice (or Vegetarian option), along with a green salad, fruit and dessert. The meal theme changes each month.

We need ~25 volunteers each time. Sign up for one or more roles!

Adopt-a-Spot
Join us every other month for a community cleanup at our Adopt-a-Spot location on West Boulevard between Worley and Business Loop 70.
We'll provide pickers and bags, but feel free to bring your own gloves or pickers if you have them. This is a wonderful opportunity to practice mindfulness in action, connect with others, and contribute to a cleaner, healthier environment, contributing to the well-being of our shared space.
No experience necessary, all are welcome! Check calendar for upcoming pickup dates.
